Leaders came together at the ENTR. Talks | Leadership Conversations Breakfast

I was invited to attend the ENTR Talk | Leadership Conversations Breakfast, hosted by Chance Wilson of the ENTR Entrepreneur Advancement Program. I was representing the Asian American Alliance.

Leadership is such an important component to every organization. This special breakfast event included a small diverse group of leaders from different cultural background and different industries. The leadership discussion was intentional, highly engaging and thought provoking. It was wonderful to listen to different perspectives from these leaders at the table. Their valuable insights had expanded my horizon to grow as a leader.   

Everyone at the table was given a chance to speak. Through this type of environment, we empowered each other and excelled to a higher level as a leader.
